Life coaching - It’s never too late to be who you want to be. You are the person who knows best what you want and need in your life and work. As a life coach, I believe in your ability to identify and achieve these things. My passion and purpose in coaching is to be a key resource in enabling you to succeed in accomplishing your goals and in developing positive behaviours which are sustainable in the long term.
Coaching for Health and Fitness
Life is about living. Having a good base level of fitness enables you to do the things you want to do and live the active life you want to live, without compromise. Whether it is having the energy to play with your children or grandchildren, enjoying holidays to the full, or making the most of your time at work and at play, being fitter and healthier enables you to ‘just do it’.
In the past coaching and access to a personal trainer was a luxury enjoyed by professional sportspeople. However, it doesn’t need to be training for the Olympics or even about trying to be as good as someone else. You and your life are worth it too. It is about using the knowledge and skills of a personal trainer or coach to determine your goal and have them alongside you to support, guide and cheer you all the way to the finish.
